About Aarkey
The company was founded in 2009 and was primarily the agent for global industry leading corporations in securing major infrastructure development projects in Sri Lanka which were funded by bilateral and multilateral donor agencies. Once the company had a foothold in the market and with the acquisition of industry experts and valuable human capital, the company diversified into three main arms – project promotion & construction, trade and digital advertising. Multiple services and products are offered under these three banners.

The team
A team of qualified and experienced engineers, architects, surveyors and management staff oversee the skilled workforce who create construction masterpieces while the rest of the staff are in overall charge of the Trade and Digital Media arms

Chamila Bandara, qualified Civil Engineer, has a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya and MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura. With extensive experience and exposure in top level and overall management of mid and large scale projects, he displays extreme competence in the areas of procurement for large scale infrastructure development projects in the power, water, roads & bridges and medical & healthcare sectors.
